About Me
I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF),a Certified Partner Coach (CPC) with the Association for Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists (APSATS), a Certified Peer Facilitator with Christian Sex Addiction Specialists International (C-SASI), a Level 2 Certified Deconstructing Gaslighting Repair Specialist, a Help Her Heal Certified Group Leader and I hold a certification in Adult Mental Health First Aid. I have completed training in Advanced Topics in Problematic Sexual Behavior Level 1 with the The Society for the Advancement of Sexual Health (SASH) and I have accomplished training in the Early Recovery Couples Empathy Model.
A lifetime of work focused on partnering with and empowering others as well as working my own personal recovery healing from the impact of trauma has inspired me to coach and mentor. I have witnessed the devastating effects that emotional, mental, relational, physical and spiritual trauma have on relationships, daily function, joy and the achievement of life purpose.
I have a fierce desire to partner with and encourage you as you search for the way through and forward to your best life!
